3. Orders & Payment

  • Payment methods: Full Payment with VISA, Mastercard, Discover or AMEX.
  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud or pricing errors.
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; your order is accepted when we ship the products.

4. Shipping, Delivery and Tax information

  • International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes (outside of the U.S.)
    Import Fees & VAT: All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), administration fees, and customs clearance charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
    Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to check with their local government or customs office prior to ordering to understand any potential taxes, duties, or import restrictions that may apply to dietary supplements.
    Refused or Abandoned Deliveries: If a package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees or regulatory restrictions, original product cost, shipping costs, and any carrier return fees will not be refunded.

    1. Destination-Based Calculation
    Tax Calculation & Nexus Clause:
    Sales tax is calculated and collected based on the delivery address provided at checkout, in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws. State sales tax will only be charged on orders delivered to states where we have established a physical presence or met economic nexus thresholds. Total tax estimated at checkout may vary slightly from the final billed amount based on micro-jurisdictional tax updates.
    2. Taxability of Shipping & Handling
    Shipping & Handling Taxability:
    In accordance with individual state tax regulations, shipping and handling fees may be subject to sales tax depending on the destination state. Where required by law, sales tax will be applied to shipping and handling charges as part of the total taxable sale.

    Tax-Exempt Orders:
    If you are a tax-exempt organization or a wholesale distributor with a valid Resale Certificate, please contact customer support before placing your order to submit your exemption paperwork. Sales tax cannot be refunded retroactively once an order has been completed without pre-approved documentation on file.
    5. Tax Adjustments on Returns & Refunds
    Sales Tax Refund Policy:
    If you return a product for a refund, any sales tax collected on that item will be refunded to your original payment method alongside the purchase price. Tax paid on non-refundable shipping charges will only be refunded where mandated by state law.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only for unopened and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 20 business days after receipt of returned products.
  • Our outer boxes are designed to absorb the wear and tear of transit to keep your supplements safe. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or replacements for cosmetic damage to the outer box caused by carriers. However, if the inner stick packs themselves are punctured, torn, or opened during transit, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can issue a replacement.
  • Opened supplements are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
  • If you qualify for a return with a refund, any sales tax collected on that item will be refunded to your original payment method alongside the purchase price. Tax paid on non-refundable shipping charges will only be refunded where mandated by state law.

6. User Accounts

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, graphics, and product images are owned by Glenn Wesley LLC.

    You acknowledge and agree that any violation of this restriction constitutes a material breach of these Terms, causing irreparable harm for which we shall be entitled to seek immediate injunctive relief, monetary damages, and recovery of legal fees.
